They are very responsive when you ask for quotes. They made an appointment for me and then called me the same day to ask if they could come that . They were professional and worked with me on my plans to replace my garage door entirely. They set up the keypad to the combination I asked for and set up the remotes to open not only the new door but the old one as well. Overall it was an no hassle experience for me and that is a rarity when dealing with home improvement vendors. I would recommend them to anyone who needs repair or replacement of the garage door opener or new garage doors.

I had a great experience with J.A.G. & Sons. The torsion cable had snapped on my garage door rendering it inoperable. My call to their number went to voicemail which was a bit concerning, but they called me back within an hour and John was most helpful. The bad news was that first open appointment was six days later. They said if an opening became available sooner, they would call me to schedule earlier. Two or three hours later, I got a call saying that they had completed a job and would be available that afternoon. Danny texted and said he would be here in 20 minutes. Upon arriving, Danny and Matt introduce themselves and went to work inspecting the problem. A few minutes later, I received proposal options online and was able to select the one of my choice. Immediately they went to work and repaired the problem, replacing the torsion system and everything now works great. They were professional, helpful, friendly and knew their stuff. They provided a wonderful solution and everything now works great. I would highly recommend them to anybody. A fabulous experience.

One of my garage door springs broke and I needed a repair. Initially, I called a different repair service whose address was around the block from my address. They gave me an appointment window of 8-11 am the next day. Their tech arrived (from out of state) at 3:30 pm and gave me a quote that was outrageous while telling me that I had a custom door, but luckily he had the part in his truck. I said no thank you!! I then called J.A.G who said that they would have a tech out to my house between 8-10 am the next day. Kyle called me at 8 am and he arrived at 8:15 am. He inspected the door and gave me 3 pricing options that included a bare bones “just fix the problem” quote along with others that included more service to cover possibly other compromised components. I decided on what I thought was the best option for me and Kyle performed the repairs right away and was completed in just under 2 hours. The whole transaction was handled in a very professional and thorough manner. I was very pleased with the repair and everything seems to be in good working order. I wish I had called J.A.G. first.
