William was the technician who installed the key pads to go with the garage openers. The garage door itself was installed by Precision before I bought this house but somehow they didn’t install the keypads and I had only one remote control. William fixed the problem by installing a keypad as well as hooking it up with two new remotes. This service was received a year ago but I am writing this review now because I wanted to make sure these things hold and last over a time period. And they did. I also have to say, William is a tech with superb customer service skills to go with his high level of technical expertise. I have since recommended him more than once. Thank you William.

Great service!!! Colton came out and gave an assessment of everything the garage door needed…including the obvious broken spring…and explained about the wear and tear on the rest of the components of the door. The differing levels of what could be done/replaced and why was explained and the options were presented. The work took approximately 1 hour for everything. Colton was extremely nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and he explained everything thoroughly. I absolutely appreciated his thorough explanations and full disclosure of information. I will absolutely use Precision for all my future garage door needs. Thank you, Colton.

We needed a new pin pad and remote for our garage, and Precision sent someone out the next morning! It was a really pleasant experience overall, as Brendan was such a nice guy. Someone please tell him to fire up ableton!!

Brendan P. was really thorough and explained everything as he went over the problems. His installation was great. We are happy to have a solid new opener with some maintenance/replacements to the springs and bearings on the door. Works like new!
