Jeremy was my technician and he did an I credible job diagnosing my garage issue and also recommending a preventative maintenance. As soon as his maintenance service was complete, I noticed an immediate difference in the ease of my garage door opening and closing. He also took time to explain different components of my garage door system and the importance of having preventative maitenance every six months. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

We’ve used Prolift two times to repair damage to our garage door. Jeremy helped us both times and we couldn’t have been happier with the service. We recently had to replace the bottom panel on our garage door and he had it fixed and working less than 24 hours after it was damaged. Communication was great, they answered the call right away and got us scheduled ASAP. They also send text and email updates and send you a photo of the technician they dispatch to your house. As a female who was home alone for the initial visit, this was a nice touch as I know the person that arrived was the tech I was supposed to be expecting! Highly recommend!

Great Service! Keypad wasn’t working. Lou sent Kyle over within a couple hours and had it working right away. A little $ for 15 minutes of work but worth it. When you need it done, you need it done and we appreciate the speed of getting it done!
