Michael at Vulcan garage was super responsive and able to quickly fix a broken spring on our garage door. The spring broke mid day and Michael was able to come by later that day to replace the spring and get the garage door working. Very satisfied with the service and quality of work.

I had an emergency on a Sunday with my garage it would not close the pulley wires were out the wheels were bent. I was stressed out couldn’t decide who to call and who I could actually trust to fix my door. Lo and behold I decided to give Vulcan a shot based on ratings and that was a great decision! Less than 24hrs my door is fixed! Met Mike he was about his business fixed my garage issue and I am very delighted with his work. Thank you so much Mike you’re awesome!!

I called the Vulcan phone # on a Sunday night. I expected to receive a recorded message. I had planned to leave a VM message asking for a call back regarding a malfunctioning keypad for our garage door. I was amazed when Mike, one of the owners, personally answered the phone. I told him the issue, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He said he would out by mid-day the following day. The next day, he arrived promptly, trouble-shot the system, and confirmed that a new keypad was required. He did the replacement, and had the system quickly operational. The price was very reasonable. Mike is very professional and personable. I have his company on my “saved” list, to contact if I ever need any type of garage door service in the future. Henry Rendler

Mike is a consummate service vendor coupled with the most friendly & patient attitude. He treats his customers with utmost respect sprinkled with very pleasurable anecdotes about his beautiful family. But most of all, he & his colleagues know the ropes with garage door openers. I’m not technically savvy with these home contraptions. But Mike went out of his way to re-program my SUV’s remote opener & persisted until it worked perfectly. That’s what I call masterful craftsmanship. I’m so glad I had Vulcan Garage Services install my garage door opener. I’m confident that they’ll always to strive to make everything go right. Vulcan Garage Service sign up the contract through my home warranty company to fix my garage door. However, he did not come to the scheduled appointment and did not call to reschedule. When I contacted him, he first made a bunch of excuses saying he was busy, then he complained that he does not want do the job because he think the insurance company will not pay what he ask for and he found out that this is a rental property and he thinks I will not pay him the top dollar he was hoping for as well. I think he sign up the appointment with the goal to blackmail the homeowner. Totally dishonest and unprofessional.
