Truly, Five Star Garage Door Service is a 5 Star experience!!! Everyone starting from answering the phone, come out for estimate, scheduling for work, and completion of work, ALL have been a 5-star experience! Communication is excellent and alerts via texts on each stages including the name who is coming to the appointment time. Very professional and punctual! I recommend them strongly!!!

Tuan is a nice guy. I have used their service twice in recent years. One time to replace the garage door opener and another time to replace the door sensor which was malfunctioning, both time with a reasonable price. Recently I had remote opener range issue, Tuan came over , explained th eissue and told me how to easily fix the issue, he even provided me with free wiring. I followed his instructions and it did actually work. This is called “CUSTOMER SERVICE”.

Beware! This company posts fake reviews and deletes 1-star reviews, including mine. Their technicians post fake reviews using customers’ phones while they install the app. Who knows what else they do with your phones.

On time, reasonably priced and knowlegable. Very clean and neat installation. Took away the old door and left the garage in better shape then when they arrived. Very highly reccomended.

The most prompt and amazing service I’ve ever had. I called them on Tuesday at 3, technician came to my home the same day an hour later and arranged to come back to do the job the next day. He showed up on time, worked fast and I can not tell you how happy I am with the service. My garage door opens smoothly and quietly, I’ve got a new opener installed with all the bells and whistles. Very reasonably priced! technician Tuan was very polite and professional! I’ll be using this company for all my real estate clients in the future! Thank you!
