I was very pleased with the service I received from Campbell Overhead Door. They told me that the problem was the lubricant I was using and there was nothing wrong with the automatic garage door opener. They could have told me I needed repairs, but they were honest even though it meant losing money. I value their honesty highly! And I will use them again.

Overhead garage spring broke. Called Cambell Overhead Doors and they dispatched someone right away. Work was done within quoted price and area was kept clean. Have used this company for many years and they come through every time. Other companies try to upsale you on other needs not COD.

Campbell Overhead Door is my “Go to” for all matters related to garage doors. Most recently our 14 year-old, metal, roll-up garage door was not operating consistently as it should. A cakk led to an appointment that was available within one day “or a routine maintenance.” Jorge came, lubricated all the hinges the door wheels and tracks, tightened various nuts and bolts, adjusted the tension on the chain and springs. A “rattling” sound led to an investigation that resulted in the finding and replacing of two, cracked, door hinges. The price quoted when making the appointment was honored with a reasonable, added charge for the parts and labor to replace the two, cracked hinges. The whole process took less than an hour. The door is now noticeably operating more smoothly, quietly and without any problems. The whole process from start to finish was easy, efficient and effective at an appropriate price. Campbell Overhear Door will definitely be my vendor of choice for future needs. ARL
