I called this company to try and locate the installer of springs and not having the invoice, the person was exceptionally rude using extremely vulgar language. Customer beware.

Great service! Kurt was on time, diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly replace the spring that was starting to go bad causing my garage door to only open halfway. He even manually opened the door and demonstrated how the door would just slide down hard due to its weight and the aging spring. After replacement, the door stays up. I did get a bit of a scare when the garage door didn’t close. It was because of the wiring that I probably bumped when I swept around it earlier. He fixed that easily as well. I will definitely call them again for service. As a bonus, he is a Dr. Who fan. 🙂 😀 01/25/2024 – Dr Who ? … Dr. Kurt 🙂 does it again. My 20 year old, REALLY LOUD GARAGE DOOR OPENER broke down. I called QGDR again and he saved the day. He installed a new super quiet LiftMaster chain drive garage door opener. Now I don’t wake up the whole neighborhood when I open my garage door. I can even use my smart phone if I don’t have the remote with me. Thanks Kurt! … I mean Dr. Kurt 🙂

Quality Garage Door Repairs gave us an appointment the next day. Kurtis came right on time and fixed the problem in our garage rolling door. He was very kind and change the tension springs. Great customer service! Thank you Kurtis!

Kevin from Quality Garage Door Repairs was on time, and very knowledgeable and efficient. He had replaced our door springs in 2017, and remembered our garage! He installed a new garage door opener and new rollers (ours was almost 35 years old.). The new opener is super quiet. No trash left, and Kevin is very congenial person.

My garage door would not open yesterday. I called Quality Garage Door Repair and, miraculously, I was told that someone would be out within 40 minutes. Curtis did show up within 40 minutes of my call, He had all parts with him, started the repair and was done in about an hour and a half. The door works smoothly and beautifully now. I highly recommend this company!

Kurtis is very corteous and knowledgeable on his field of work. Came very quickly to fix my garage door and in such a short time my garage door is working again. Their pricing is very fair and well worth it. Definitely recommend to use them.

Phoned Quality Door Repair and an appointment was made same day. Kurtis arrived within the time frame promised and immediately noticed the door spring was broken. He replaced the spring and provided pertinent information should future problems arise,(ie: how to open door when broken). Also, checked out all working parts and serviced them as well. I would not hesitate using Quality Garage Door Repair for any future repairs. They provided as promised. Thank you.

I highly recommend Quality Garage Door Repairs. We called in the afternoon and Kurtis was able to come out right away. His service was fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated that he let us know what all of our options were without making us feel pressured. He had all of the parts he needed already in his truck and completed the repairs in about an hour.
