Andres from ADS came to install a new LiftMaster garage door opener yesterday. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and completed the job in less than 1 hour. I highly recommend ADS if you have a need for garage door service.

I signed a contract and paid a deposit of $11,801.70 for one glass garage door. Special order. At 4 weeks, I was told, “its still in Powdercoat” At 7 weeks, I was told, “should be soon” At 8 weeks, I was told, “it was just dropped off to Powdercoat” At 10 weeks, I was told, “Powdercoat is done, but opps, the wrong glass was ordered. At 11 weeks, I was told, “will have new glass” At 12 weeks, I was told, “they would receive the door” I am now at 14 weeks and was told yesterday that it could be another 2 weeks. Lies or incompetence? You choose. They are terrible at communicating. They ay they will get back to you, only, they don’t. Save yourself the frustration, there are other great garage door companies in SanDiego.

Just had my garage door fixed. Was it fixed yes. Did I over pay yes. What could have cost 290 I was charged 600. I was pressured to purchase. Was told that the consultation would cost 180. I was confused if that went towards the bill. I called back and they gave me a run around about how they didn’t know what the breakdown was. Said they would have the tech call me however. The tech never called before the appointment. Of course he arrives and has no idea what’s going on. I ask for a rough estimate, he also gives me a run around about how he doesn’t know. I have this guy in my stomach telling me not to continue the appointment but sadly I just wanted it fixed. Do t use this company. Go with others if your tension spring breaks.

As always, ADS provided prompt service & got our garage door serviced in no time at all! Jorge was very friendly, and was even able to come a little early. I really appreciate that they keep records on what has been repaired on the door, so I don’t have to keep track year to year. It is so nice to have a great “go-to” company- I highly recommend them.
