It was in the afternoon when my garage door broke. It was hanging in half above my car. They assured me they would send someone out as soon as they finished a job. Before I knew it here comes Nickolas. He said he would try to fix it. He told me if he couldn’t fix it I would need a new door. He was professional and did a great job. He reinforced my door and made sure it was working perfectly. It didn’t look like it had been broken by the time he finished fixing it. I am so pleased with the work done and Nickolas. Great guy and excellent work done. (Door was hanging six inches above my car after it broke no damage done.) I strongly recommend this company if you want the job done right. Had I needed a new door I would have bought it from them. They deserve a 10.

Great job and very knowledgeable. I actually called another company first who popped up close by in my google search. They came out and tried to price gouge us for a new spring…I knew it was a bad deal based on a prior garage door spring I had replaced in another state about 10yrs ago. His quote was over 2x what I paid to overhead door. I would highly recommend overhead door for providing a fair price and doing an excellent job!!

I called Overhead Door Company to find a replacement for my old Genie garage door opener. They were quick to respond and come out to install a replacement with an Overhead opener. I went with the side mount channel drive. Bo, the installer, went above and beyond with the removal of the old opener and installation of the new one. Their customer service and professionalism is breath of fresh air. I am one happy customer! I highly recommend.

Brandon came out to service our garage because it was making a loud thump noise and he was able to provide answers for why it was making the noise and he was able to fix it, all in the same trip. He has great customer service and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.
