Daniel at Shasta Garage doors was out to our new town home within an hour of contacting our property manager. He’s was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fast and efficient! For it being Memorial Day weekend, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I will definitely be recommending them in the future

WOW, these guys are amazing! My garage door broke at 7:30 am, I called them before 8 am, when Tyler answered the phone on the second ring. He sent Kyle out to the house at 8:30. Kyle repaired the shelf that fell and caused the door to fail and repaired the door and serviced all aspects of the system. The door is now working way quieter and better than it did yesterday. Well done and Thank You, Kyle and Shasta Garage Door

Absolutely incredible service and fair pricing! Our garage door failed and bent a few pieces making it impossible to get it up or down. SGD&R came out within an hour and repaired the door I thought would need replacing. The charge was half of my guesstimate and completed all before lunch! Kyle was a gentleman who had a firm handshake while looking you in the eye to communicate. We liked the way they did business so much we decided to replace the door on our other garage because of broken panels and cracked glass. They were out the next day and Kyle did another amazing job for us once again. I don’t hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of their service. 1st class operation working hard to be the best at what they do. Feel safe and confident they have your back!!

I am thoroughly impressed with this company. I have used them twice on 2 different houses and both times they provided me with amazing customer service and fixed/repaired my garage door without issues.
