My experience was vastly different than a lot of the folks that have left reviews. Hopefully others have a better experience and I can’t comment on the quality of work. I went through multiple attempts to have someone come out to my house to inspect doors that need to be replaced and repaired. The first attempt to schedule a visit was via a phone call. I talked with a helpful person that said someone would reach out to me to schedule a visit. A day or so went by and another person reached out asking more about my inquiry, apparently unaware that I’d spoke with someone and had no information. Finally, after the third attempt, I had someone scheduled to come out and they no showed. I called their office to figure out what was going on and said the person could no longer make it today. The overall experience was pretty disappointing. Hopefully others have better luck.
