I’m a disabled veteran, who just needed clarification about their printed ad that states they sell springs, but when I called they said they do not sell the springs. When I contacted the company to get clarification, I did so in a professional and respectful manner. However, I was met with hostility from the service manger Nate. As I’m asking for clarification, he tells me “all I’ve been doing is complaining”, then he proceeds to tell me that “he’s got things to do.” Now mind you I wasn’t met with type of behavior on Dec.15, 2023 when he left me a friendly voicemail (will be posting on YouTube) when they thought they had a potential customer. If you’re not spending money with them, they want nothing to do with you.You treat people respect regardless if they’re spending money with you or not.

I agree with the previous caller. I tried several times to reach the owner. He had come out to see our property to give us an estimate. We were really perplexed why he answered only one email. I called several times because they had good reviews but no one ever called me back. Maybe good reviews are not valid? We thought that maybe our job was too small and they were busy taking bigger jobs but our job was substantial – it was a driveway gate and 6 gates. It’s really a mystery how contractors choose their jobs nowadays. Our thought is to at least be professional and communicate that they are not able to do the job.

Patton Door & Gate is simply the best in the valley. The owner, AJ Patton is always informative, helpful and Johnny on the spot whenever we have a concern. His crew and office staff are always polite and professional, especially Amanda. Thank you for being awesome!

I called to have my door done. Had all my information taken by a receptionist and even had billing taken care of. I was supposed to be contacted by one of their technicians and was never called. After over 36 hours I finally reach back out to the business and their technician wasn’t returning for almost a week. The receptionist was a new woman and was extremely RUDE. She had no idea about my account and sending someone out. So I waited and went through the process for no reason. I definitely wouldn’t use this business due to bad customer service and disorganization.

Great job these guys are professionals. Super nice guys and very good at what they do. They installed several new locks on our commercial property after we had some theft and I feel very secure now about the property. Thank you and your team!!

Troy from Patton Door is great to work with. He’s honest, explained everything to me, and gave me options. It was refreshing after having gotten scammed by a local company in Cathedral City. The pricing was affordable as well.

The best service and price bar none! Todd, the service representative was professional and accurate in his prices. Door was installed yesterday and looks fantastic, and the installers were great! I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic. Awesome customer service starting from the minute the phone is answered. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. I had work done on an Eagle gate motor, new key pads and new remotes approximately 2 weeks ago. Everything works perfect. I spoke to Amanda today, for some information and in no time she emailed me everything I needed to know. It’s a pleasure doing business with Patton Door & Gate. I highly recommend anyone to do business with Patton Door & Gate.
