A coworker recommended GDH to me and sure enough, service was excellent and easy to deal with. We just moved into our first home in Altadena and weirdly there are two separate garage doors- we just didn’t seem to have remotes for the openers so the GDH guys was able to repair one, but the other one seems to have an ancient electrical box thing, which we’ll need to replace. All in all, great service and working with Greg has been a pleasure.

He had all required parts in his truck and did the replacement installation, plus a few other enhancements, in about an hour and a half. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and did an excellent job.

Garage door motor began malfunctioning late Wednesday night, so I called at 9PM planning to leave a message, when the office picked up my call. I got a window to come the next day to get the door fixed. Communication was prompt, direct, and friendly. Hunter came to do the repair and was extremely pleasant, conversant, gave me pointers on what could use service and what wasn’t worth touching. He clearly cares about customer service and doing right by the clients of GDH Garage Door Repair. Would absolutely recommend.

Our garage door had been giving us problems for a while now and finally stopped opening a few days ago. Did some research and found GDH Garage Door Repair on Google. Spoke with the office over the weekend and received a $30 repair that following Monday. Consultation provided by Austin was professional, courteous, and offered a good deal and his repair service was very good, explained to us in detail about new items being installed and was quick. Would definitely recommend GDH Garage Door Repair and we’ll definitely refer to friends in need of garage repairs in Los Angeles.

All the reviews about GDH Garage Door Repair are accurate. Ray is a rock star! He is honest, efficient, on time, personable and did a great job of installing my new garage door openers. I could give a long description of how responsive he was to my initial inquiry and how professional he was installing the units. But that would be a waste of time. I really wouldn’t bother getting any other quotes or contacting any other installer in the Burbank area. I really mean that.

GDH did an excellent job replacing the old torsion spring out. Got a new one in for a really great prince. Saved $200, really could use that for something else. Glad it’s in and out the way.Thanks again for showing up as fast as you guys did.
