I needed a rotted out bottom panel replaced. The whole experience was great. The measurements and quote guy is a 20+ year employee. He of course arrived on time, and noted, as we were talking, that there were hinges which needed their bolts tightened on the other 12 garage doors. Installation of the new panel was easy to schedule and bada-bing-bada-boom. Done!

Our tech was great. The turnaround time was fast.The details of repairing or replacing were easy to understand, and easy to pick from. The installation of our new garage door opener is fast, clean and easy, even though we have a very full garage (everything but a car!) Cleanup was quick and easy the garage door best of all works almost silently now. We will be recommending this company again when the opportunity arises.

This was a big disappointment. Service provider came out and I immediately got the sense I was being scammed. It was just instinct by way of the conversation. The spring was broken on my garage. When I asked him cost to replace I was told $570. When I asked him for a breakdown on what was $570 I got a very strange series of answers the bottom line being I can not tell you and my boss charges a lot. He was unwilling to tell me what was labor and what was the spring. He said take it or leave it. I left it. Next company I called quoted $350.

We had our old garage doors replaced and Economasters did an excellent job replacing the doors. The installers were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. This is the only company to go to for new garage doors!! And we love our new doors!

I can’t recommend this firm strongly enough. Richard was kind enough to call me after hours and walk me step by step through a programing problem I was having with syncing my garage door to my new car. I have used Econo-Doormasters for years and they were always pleasant and knowledgeable, but this level of service blew me away.
