I had damage to my garage door that I caused. I contacted Benton County Overhead on a Thursday with the information on the garage door. It was a special color that normally has to be ordered that could take a few weeks. Alek the technician called me on Monday morning of the next week and said he had the panels needed for the repair and could be there within the next two hours. Alek got to the house and completed the repairs in an hour and half!! Benton County Overhead door provides fast and professional service. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will not hesitate to call them again for any garage door repair or replacement I need.

I called looking for torsion springs for my garage door and the guy who answered at first seemed willing to help on the call. Then he asked in the middle of the conversation if he could let me go and call back. Instead he texted me. While doing so I asked for additional information and availability while explaining I was over 1hr drive on way and needed to make sure the springs were available before I made the drive, and also to verify part numbers, as what was told verbally did not match what was texted. Again only tried to make sure he had the correct parts and they were available. Needless to say, I never received any communication as to if the parts were available. I am guessing it’s because I only wanted to buy parts and not have them install said parts. Total waste of my time!

I had an issue recently during the cold front we just experienced where my garage door needed a repair. This all happened at 7PM at night. I decided to call Benton County Overhead Door and sure enough Matt answered the call. He was able to get a tech to come out to the house within 30 minutes! Not only did he want to make sure my garage was repaired but he also didn’t want my water heater to freeze over since it is also located in the garage. Zach was the tech who came over that night and got everything fixed for us. I will happily recommend this company if you need any repairs. Most companies these days will ask you to wait until they have availability which is usually 1 or 2 days out. Service was fantastic and they really showed to care for the customers.
