They installed our garage door and the opener since the house was built in 2019. There were some mechanical issues with the door and the opener. The door was coming down and slammed on the floor very hard. The bottom rail was hit hard and it was bent. The second issue was and still have until now. The door has not been coming down straight and evenly. I started to call for the service in that year and the years later. There was many visits from different technicians came to our door (It was 7 times). They all were saying the way of the door slams on the floor because the opener is an old model, and it does not have a calibration feature that will be programmed to slow it down when it gets close to the floor. I thought what they explained was true. As the years go by, I forgot all about this issue. Last year, I decided to call the garage opener company. What I got them to explain it to me was totally opposite. They said that that opener we made is new and it has the feature to slow down before the door hit the floor. Therefore, I also called the garage door company. They said that whoever contracted to work on your garage door does not build that door correctly. However, the last one came over did the calibration on the opener but still did not perform on the door repair. On the phone, I asked for a repair, but it was not done on his visit. This is not acceptable as our agreement. The day a tech came to replace the rubber shield but did not repair the door. I do not recommend this company to any customer. This company does not seem to know what to do on their job period!

**Edit Initially I was very frustrated with the product from Kaiser but after I posted my initial review there was a response immediately. When I called the office I spoke with Logan who provided excellent customer service. Then the Tech, Benny, was amazing and fixed the door then followed up to ensure everything was ok. Overall, great experience! If there was an option to leave no stars I would. I moved into our $500k home about 2 years ago and the garage door has not functioned right most of that time. The garage door wheel would constantly pop out of the guiderails OR the door would start to go down and go back up due to the wheels which has been a major safety concern as the door would be closing then lift back up. Most recently both wheels popped out of the guiderails causing the door not being able to close AND the garage door has completely shifted to the left putting the wheels on the guiderail and hitting the sensor while bending in going into the garage leaving a huge gap at the base of the door. Then when I called to inquire bout repairs the price to repair the poor work their staff did was $135 per hour plus the cost for parts. Very disappointed in the quality of the product and the work done. Hopefully others don’t experience this or have better outcomes getting it resolved. As of now I STILL have a garage that isn’t operating.

These people sucks my garage door is no better than they started. Charge $1600 ripped off. They charge for this and that for Extra parts $350

I went there yesterday for parts, and I had the best experience. From Sierra who greets you, to the guys from the shop who got what I needed, I say Thank You. The friendliness and expert help was much appreciated. The time will come when I need a new garage door, and I will be calling Kaiser, that’s for sure.

We had a noisy garage door in a rather new villa in Quail Creek. Kaiser sent a tech that was personable, really knew what he was doing and on time. All things you rarely find in Customer Service any more. Much appreciated. Highly recomended.

They got my appointment wrong twice. First time they showed up when I said I was not available, and second time they didn’t show up at the scheduled time and date. They were quick to respond with email, but their scheduling system sucks.

These people are impossible to work with. I called 3+ weeks ago to get a price to move a door they installed previously to a new opening. The sales guy came out and said he would have a price to us later that day. I followed up each week after that trying to get a price, each time being told they would get it to me asap. Each time they could never find my info in their system despite this quote and having had them install 3 other doors for me. Then they told me that their sales person was let go and transferred me to his boss. Who proceeded to do the exact same thing and never called me back nor provided any pricing. Total waste of my time. Despite having given them a decent amount of business over the years, they will never see another penny from me. Edit: Kaiser left a reply to my feedback asking to have Logan try to make this right. So I figured Id at least give them the shot to turn this around. He was prompt to return my call and show up. However his solution to moving my existing door 10′ to the new opening was to instead just buy a new door. Mind you the door Im asking them to move was purchased from them less than 5 years ago and is in perfect condition. Said it was too much labor to move it. My opinion of this company is unchanged, they suck. They are simply coping and pasting a response to the negative reviews to try and make themselves look better, when in reality they couldnt care less.

service call produced incompetent technician . I latter solved the rough operation of my oversize door with dry lube on highest roller track while working another unrelated repair installing batteries on a LED security lite . What hog wash and a rip off.
