We had them come out and replace a coil for the garage door. The technician told me these need to be replaced every 5 years or so. He talked me into paying more to get the “heavy duty” coil so we wouldn’t have to deal with it again so soon. It’s been 2 years and it snapped again. Don’t let them try to upsell you.

They were early and called ahead to make sure it was OK to arrive sooner. Arron was knowledgeable and got the new garage door opener in and garage door opening nice and quite. I would higher again.

Called them on Monday and was out to us on Wednesday. Fixed our problems with our gate at a very fair price and didn’t try upselling. Will be using them for now on

I called Grease Monkey after 4:00 in the afternoon, thinking it was too late. However, they sent Nick out immediately to fix our garage door in the 113-degree heat. Our cars were trapped in the garage! He jumped on it immediately, said it wasn’t as bad as it looked, got it fixed in 30 minutes. The cost was absolutely minimal when they could have charged us much more. What a GREAT company! Nick was a pleasure to chat with as he worked too, really nice guy ! We HIGHLY recommend Grease Monkey, you won’t be disappointed.

After exiting my garage, I found the door wouldn’t close. It was after 5:00 but they came out and made sure the door was closed for the night. Then they came back the next day and repaired the garage. The rod had broken and burned out the motor. What a great company. The people are nice and the work they did was outstanding. So glad I had them do the work and get it done right. Much thanks to all at Grease Monkey Garage Doors.

On time, polite, knowledgeable and fast. Not there to sell you on things you don’t need. Came and fixed the problem fast.This is the third time I’ve used them. Thank God they leave a sticker near the unit in the garage the last time. Lord knows I forget names and numbers LOL. If anything else happens again I’ll be calling them for a fourth time in the future they’re great.
