Michelle, Thank you so much for sending Jayson to my 83 year old mother’s home to fix her garage door. He was there before 10am because I wanted to be there when Jayson arrived. My mother’s garage door was a brand new door but she royally got screwed on her new garage door. The track was not right along with many other issues. Jayson pointed out everything that would make it right and made a great deal with my mother for being a Senior Citizen. It took him less than an hour to fix the issues and the garage door sounded almost like a brand new garage door again. He was very kind to my mother and I and very well groomed. Which impressed my mother. So Jayson watch out. lol! If my mother, family members, I, friends need a new garage door, serviced or repaired. I will definitely have them call Iconic Garage Door Service and have Jayson come to their home or my home. Thank you so much Jayson,

Great company !! And quick !!! THANK YOU JAY! I need replacement will cost 1k-2k they will only program one remote as I had two others and was told I would be charged to program other remote 125$ per remote – flaw in customer support

The wait for my new garage door was worth it! It is beautiful, even more than I’d envisioned! Two polite young men, Karsten and Zach delivered and installed it today. Watching them I knew they knew what they were doing. Once in and satisfied everything was as it should be, Karsten was busily making certain there were no fingerprints! The door is quiet and moves very smoothly. I highly recommend Iconic Garage Doors. Others may sell the same brand but Iconic’s pricing is competitive and you can’t beat their service!

Jonah came to help my parents garage door and he was great !! Super helpful, honest and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted the problem and called for a second opinion to see if it could possibly be another issue, which as someone who is also in sales & customer service, I appreciated. Iconic’s service continues to be the best. We got a quick appointment and Tyler arrived early after calling first. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part for us. He also offered a new product (surge protector) and new service (annual maintenance program). These guys are great. Would recommend them 1000%.
