Shaun was extremely professional and f personable! He changed two areas of the rod and motor to better positions. This was to prevent potential future problems! This was part of my annual review of the existing equipment. Shaun also set up the app to operate my garage door remotely. This was a big plus for me! I would definitely request his help again if ever needed!!

Christian Reid. was a FABULOUS REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY!! He is highly well versed in all things related to information on garages!! He took time with me and very professional in his explanation of what was wrong with the workings of my particular problem related to my garage door and the opener. Your company came highly recommended to me by my son, Daniel and Christian reinforced that high rating. Christian Reid is an Amazing young man, who introduced himself, and shook my hand. He did a thorough inspection to determine the issue with my garage. Once it was diagnosed, he gave me a number of options. He made suggestions, explained things completely, was efficient, respectful and did a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone. It was a real pleasure to meet such a fine young gentleman. 10 STARS!

Everyone I’ve spoken with at A1 is very friendly and helpful. Christian was the tech who performed the work on our large RV garage doors. He is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet, and did a superb job on our doors. I would highly recommend him, and the A1 Garage company.
