The belt was dry rotted and no longer made my garage door go up and down. Colton came the next day and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. Very nice and did a professional job. Reasonable price, highly recommend!

I called Kip late on a Saturday afternoon to see if he could install a garage opener for me. He was at my house by the next day and installed it on Monday. Great service at an affordable price

Our automatic garage door opener fell off the tracks and I called an out of town (Columbus) national co to service it. They offered me 3 plans to fix ranging from 1000$ to 1800. Seemed fishy to me, lots of pressure…I called Up/Down Garage in Opelika and they sent a young man out. He studied it, got a drill and some tools, and in 15 minutes said it was good to go, and to call back if had any trouble. Charge me $ 69..I think I gave him 80. bucks and felt like a cheapskate. I gave them five stars, but would give them 10 if it would let me! I had to call one Sunday morning when I couldn’t get out of my garage to go to church as I was going to warm my car that morning, after calling several companies this was the only company that I could get to come out on a Sunday to look at it, must less fix it too. I spoke with the owner, Kip Messer , Who came straight on out and had to fix my springs on my garage doors as well as my opener that was not working. He is extremely nice, very professional, very knowledgeable, was very prompt, and does not even charge to come look at the problem or charge extra for weekend calls. I would definitely recommend this company as he fixed everything, including my garage opener, then he left the area clean and also gave me a military discount as he noticed my military flag in my yard that I have in remembrance of my husband and father who both served in the Navy. I couldn’t be happier or more pleased with Kip’s company, “UP DOWN GARAGE DOORS”, his amazingly prompt service and especially for taking the time to come right on out early on a Sunday morning and then fixed it all for me right then, which allowed me to make it to my Sunday Services! Thank you Kip, I will be using you for all my garage door issues when needed again!!
