This is my first experience working with this company and it turned out to be very bad, each time they told me a different day when my order would be ready, I recommend writing down the name of who placed the order for you and somehow recording the date when the order will be ready.

Top notch service!! Suzzie and Victoria are my point of contact and they went above and beyond to help with my full house door, milwork, and stair parts order. Have worked with A-1 on multiple projects since 2013 most current project is 2024. The owner of the company is always present and ready to assist. I highly recommend this place if you want good product at a good price!!

Absolutely horrible staff. I have been trying to get a price for windows and doors since last 2 weeks and all I have gotten is run around. They asked me to talk to Mark 2 weeks ago and each time I called it went to voicemail, so I left him voicemail and emails and after a while he finally replied and provide me prices for on something I did not want. After further clarification, on Friday the 14th, he said that he’ll get me the prices in the afternoon, but again nothing so I called and of course he didn’t answer. I called back on Monday the 17th and they said that Mark went on vacation and had me talk to some other lady, and she said that she’ll get back to me but has no estimated time on when that day, but again no reply. Today, I called the store again and asked to talk to the owner and they hung up on me, so I called them 3 times more and each time they hung up. I guess they do not want any business. I have done business with them before but they have just stopped caring about customers I guess. I will make sure to not order anything from this store going forward.

What a huge waste of time my trip to A1 was. The person who helped me was clearly new, which is fine, but she provided incomplete and inaccurate information so many times, and then, because it took her so long to even figure out what my order was, I had to run out and told her I would call her to finish up. Well, she then tells me it’s a 4% fee for using a credit card over the phone but 3% if I was in store. Um, yeah…I don’t care about the 1%…I care about the principal. Then, I shopped the material with another supplier and saved over 20% going with someone else, and this other supplier delivered the material at no charge.
