Valley Construction & Restoration a day agoPerhaps we’re just a one-off bad experience, but Valley dropped the ball on about everything possible. Almost every aspect of the project was late and poorly done the first time. The workers who came to our home didn’t really know the scope of the project. We felt like we were managing both the PM and the workers throughout most of the project.

The General Contractors 2 months agoDo not use this company!!!!! Steve will take your money and run. Paid more than half the cost of my basement finishing project up front. Steve said he needed to pay for all the materials or because inflation would drive up the costs weekly. Months later, with only a hole in the concrete and the HVAC done he said he needed more to continue…. This was the theme of the entire project. They would go weeks without showing up. The 3 month project ended up taking almost 2 years and with sub standard results. Still fighting with them to get the certificate of occupancy. Thankfully the city is helping.

Sandy Handyman Today 4 months agoWe are so happy that we got Bob for this Job! One of our handrails felt shaky and I asked Bob to check it out. While he was on his way over I rememberd a missing baluster on another staircase. Good thing Bob checked out the handrail because one piece of hardware was broken! That would have been quite dangerous. Now the handrail and the baluster are both perfect! He kept in touch, great communication, did the job right the first time and charged a fair price. We recommend Bob without reservation!
