Such a dishonest company I had asked for service for my garage door I asked if there was a trip charge added to the price of the service which I was told no there was a flat price. When the technician came I was told I was missing a part and to order it and whenever it arrived to give them a call and they would come back out. When that part arrived I was told it would be a week before they could come out. I rescheduled again the day before my new appointment I was told I was now going to pay a trip charge for the first visit as well as the price for the service. I am not experienced in this type of services so how should I have know I was missing a part. I feel it was unfair to have been charge that extra trip charge when I was not asked any types of questions to have made sure I had all correct items and not waste their time. Almost a month wasted. This company has a dirty way of doing business.

I was scheduled for 9A and they Never Showed up! Sales rep gave me thec’s (installer) number and he never answered or responded . Good luck

It was hard to get in touch by phone with this company. When I did get a hold of them the secretary would say the person or persons I needed to speak with were in a meeting and that she would take my number I never heard back on at least 2 of the 3 occasions. Even then I was stood up. I finally decided to go over one day during my lunch break. I noticed the phones ringing and the staff didn’t answer them but instead made comments amongst themselves like I wish the phones would stop ringing. My wait was about 15 minutes once the staff finally attended me, I inquired about a garage door opener among other things. I got a quote written on scratch paper the guy who attended me also wrote his email address on the paper. We communicated from there only through email which was much better since he was good about responding. I finally decided to go though with having the garage door opener installed. They put me on the schedule pretty quickly. When the worker came to install my garage door opener he was not wearing a mask nor social distancing which bothered me; He also stated the wire would be exposed, I asked why they couldn’t be hidden his reponse was that I needed to hire an electrician for that. Maybe I’m wrong but if an electrician was needed for the job then an electrician should have been sent. After the garage door opener was installed and the remotes tested he started to pack up his items I grabbed the remotes and instruction manual from the ladder and started to review them the worker then approached me and stated he wasn’t finished with it. He then took the remotes and manual from me and then put them in his car. After about 10 minutes had passed he came back to the garage from his car he called the company so they could collect my payment. I provided my credit card information over the phone using his cell phone. Once payment was received I signed and he handed me back the manual and the remotes. Overall the experience was unsatisfactory I won’t be using them again nor recommending them to anyone, if you must use them. Go in person and try communication through email. Also be careful and stay safe I work for the Public health department we are still in a pandemic regardless of vaccine status Covid-19 can be spread via close contact and contaminated surfaces. Mask usage, social distance and avoiding having customers touching workers cell phone’s for payment should strongly be encouraged.

Very helpful personnel. I didn’t have all necessary information for part I needed but they went above the standard and provided me with knowledge about garage doors and what they had/ didn’t have in stock concerning the part I needed that depended on my garage door size. They were excellent… They could of just said come back with the information but assisted in every way possible. Highly Recommend!

Called them twice in the last four days to have someone give me an estimate on a new garage door. Each time I was told the sales person would call me after lunch . I am still waiting!!!! How irresponsible!
