Had a great experience selecting and ordering the door and customer service/communication has been great but the install was not. Door was installed with small holes in the frame, it wasn’t level and the handset was crooked as well. They came back out quickly but had to ask installer to use level to make sure the door frame was level. Seems like this should be part of their process.

Took pictures of door we needed replaced and was given a quote. Which was a fair price. Once deposit was made someone came out to measure and get matching paint. Door came in before schedule. The install was professional and seamless. Thanks. Would recommend again.

I had two doors made for our home. One was hinged and the other a barn door type slider. Having been in and around the construction business most of my adult life, I feel Dallas Door Designs does some of the best work I’ve seen. The fit and finish on my doors was beautiful. A great group of people who can build just about anything you could possibly need.

I have been SO incredibly happy with my door, which I’ve now had for 6 months. I get so many compliments on it. I borrowed the concept from an idea on Pinterest, and Jami made it happen! This door absolutely had to be custom produced – I could not find it through a retailer anywhere – especially since our home was built in the 70’s and everything seems to be non-standard around here. They were fabulous, stayed on schedule and on budget. I couldn’t be happier.

Sergio listened to what I wanted and made sure my design was implemented on our new front door. Lead times were lonnnnnng, but everything was handmade. Installers were prompt, efficient and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. If you’re looking for an inexpensive door, this wasn’t it. But if you’re looking for a custom crafted, well installed door that will change the look of your home, you’ve come to the right place.
