Forever Iron Door was the only company who told me I had enough space to switch out my single door for a double door. I was super excited. From beginning to end, it was a pleasurable experience. The showroom had all the samples for me to make an informed decision. Every person was pleasant and informative at every stage of the process. They even installed my smart lock. Fyi- because the door is thicker, you will need longer screws. My installer Steven researched the site for me to order and came back to install. I would recommend to EVERYONE!!

This is a first class company. Our neighbor bought a door from them and we liked it so much we decided to just go look at their showroom and see what they had. We were greeted with friendly faces and employees willing to show us around and answer any questions we had. And we left with the purchase of a new front door. The owner Whom we didn’t know was the owner was very accommodating, he even went into the back just to verify the door we wanted was in stock.They gave us an install date and the installer showed up on time on the day promised. The installers were FANTASTIC very competent and knowledgeable. They took time to explain the process and how long it would take. These guys were spot on. Clean organized and when they left it was like they hadn’t even been there.

We had a beautiful door installed today by Forever Iron Doors Carolina. I am more than happy with the door and the service. The guys were great, polite and left no mess what so ever. If only all businesses operated like this, it’d be a much better world. I would 100% recommend this company.

We highly recommend Forever Iron Doors Carolina! We bought our new house almost two years ago and the front door was very low grade and, as it turns out, so badly installed that the inside and outside trim was basically all that was holding it up! We extensively researched new doors and custom doors. Forever Iron Doors Carolina was by far the best option. The quality of the materials, the design team, the customer service, and the installation team are all extraordinary. We particularly wanted a double door with beautiful iron work, removable screens, and glass that opens from the interior to allow for air flow in the cooler months. We have all of that and I was able to create a unique design for our door working with Jennifer. She was patient and didn’t stop redrawing the design until she had completely captured my design. Then when the construction of the door was complete, a fabulous installation team brought the door from Charlotte NC to the Tri-Cities area in TN. Tyler and Damian restored our faith in professional technical expertise. They removed our old door, installed our new door (raised, leveled, and sealed the threshold, put a new piece of quarter round molding at the inside base of the door, returned our interior trim to the correct locations, put the appropriate insulation around the door, installed new PVC trim to the outside, cleaned up and hauled away all debris, etc.)! Now the outside of our house reflects the beauty of the interior. It does take a while for the custom door to be created, but it is truly worth it! We highly recommend Forever Iron Doors Carolina!

Great customer service from start to finish ! The door is absolutely gorgeous and high end . The door arrived at the Port late and due to an even we were having Andrew got us installed on a Sunday. The installers were kind, professional and amazing. The product was also very well priced compared to all other companies! Look no further!
