Could not ask for a nicer or more helpful person to do my job. I had to replace all 3 of my garage doors this past fall. Was happy with the service of the installers from Key’s Garage Door Repair company and love my new doors. They made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Would definitely recommend them for their great service.

Key’s Garage Door Repair was quick to react to my query. I paid the price that was quoted to me. I received a text from the technician confirming that he was on his way. He arrived on time and completed the installation flawlessly! I’m really happy with my new garage door opener, and I’ll definitely call them again when it’s time to replace it!

Key’s Garage Door Repair was able to come over very quickly to diagnose an issue with our opener. The technician was great to work with and detailed what had gone wrong with the old unit and that due to age couldn’t be repaired. He listed all the options and features and was able to install our new choice very quickly, walk through the functions, and left everything neater than when he started. Definitely recommend them.

We called this company as one of many places to get quotes for garage repair. They had a $39 dollar service fee, which is fine, but we didn’t want to move forward with the service because we could get free estimates elsewhere. Fast forward, some man who claimed to be dispatched from this company came to our house and told my fiancé it was a $99 charge for the service and when she disputed HE PULLED UP RECORDINGS OF THE PHONE CALLS BETWEEN KEYS GARAGE AND MY FIANCÉ. No where on these phone calls was recording consented to, yet this man had everything ready. We’ve reached out to speak to a manager several times and have not received any contact back. I would think this company would want to respond ASAP, as they are being recorded illegally or illegally recording conversations themselves. Complete unprofessionalism, a total invasion of privacy and left my fiancé feeling vulnerable and rattled. If I could leave Zero stars I would.

I didn’t price shop this project because I was in a rush so I cannot speak about their pricing, but their service is outstanding. They arrived at my door two hours after I called, had the correct parts on hand to fix my garage door spring, and had the job complete within an hour of arrival. I highly recommend Key’s Garage Door Repair service.

Jim was great, from the estimate to the ordering to the install. The quote was presented in a detailed way than most and his honest input helped us make a better decision for the long term. The doors look and work great, totally change the look of the entire house and garage space. Pleased we went with Key’s Garage Door Repair!!

When I called Key’s Garage Door Repair they were quick to get back to me. They were nice enough to come to the house, while I was at work, to replace the spring. When I came home the spring was replaced. Great work. They have done tune-ups for us before as well. I would recommend Key’s Garage Door Repair.

I appreciate Jim who was very punctual when he came to fix our garage. My garage door broke in the morning trapping my car in the garage so I couldn’t report to work. He arrived, assessed the situation, and fixed the door immediately. I strongly recommend his services.

Quick, knowledgeable, and offered solutions to aid in deferring potential future costs. Also, when they couldn’t reset the motor on our existing garage door opener the technician suggested calling the manufacturer stating that they were usually very helpful. Great suggestion, it worked.
