about 6-8weeks ago the owner came out and measured, wrote down what I wanted. I was ordering a new door, and the glass inserts for sidelines to match the glass in door. I had to keep calling them for my quote because they would say they would call me but never would, after finally getting a quote about 2 weeks later I went to store to make a deposit so they could place my order, realized they were ordering the complete wrong door. So again they needed to requote, fine….I wait and wait and wait, nothing. Finally I call and the young man said he called me back that same day and left a message..WRONG! I never got a message…..Don’t waist your time with this business because evidently they don’t want yours and they are not getting mine!

I originally wrote a review for this company but it has mysteriously vanished. Our experience with them was so bad that I am re-writing another review. We ordered both front and back doors from Superior Windows and Doors. There was a huge delay in getting the doors in, which was explained to us and which we acknowledged. Finally, when the doors came in and were installed ,their installers left before we could do a final walk through. The doors did not close properly and there were large gaps where sunlight and bugs were entering-even larger than the doors we were replacing. That was the entire reason we were replacing the original doors in the first place. They literally made our problem worse. We contacted the company and they said they would send their people back out. They never did. We ended up having to pay another company to come fix the mistake. We will never use Superior Window and Door again and I would never recommend them to someone else.

If you are self-contracting, this is not the company to use. The first phone call, measurement of the existing door, and email communication, I explained to each person I came in contact with, what I disliked in my old door, and what type of door and design I was looking to replace it with. I was emailed a catalog and was told to choose a door and design. During the process, it was mentioned that the size of the doors’ glass would look odd and suggested a longer glass. Not at any time was I told that I could not have the designed glass that I chose. While ordering the door, waiting for the door, and receiving the door, prices changed often, and several people came out to make measurements and decided to add and/or change what was discussed with the previous person. The ending product received was exactly what I explained that I DID NOT like in my existing door. The company said there was nothing they could do about it. They can’t put a designed glass on a custom 8ft door.

Well, after telling us it was a 3 month wait for windows due to supply chain. Well at 4 months we called they admitted they haven’t ordered my mom’s windows. Now 6 week wait

I wouldn’t purchase anything or do business with this company. Ordered doors from them, long story short, I have to hire someone to get the front door to open/close and lock correctly. Additionally, they cut away my tile at the threshold to install the doors and do not want to pay to have the tile reinstalled. Then when they installed the French doors they had gaps where the sunlight was coming threw. They had the nerve to tell me I took the doors off the hinges to paint, that’s why they had gaps, they didn’t install them correctly and had to come back several times.

Windows looks great. Sales guy rude. Trying to collect money when job isn’t complete. I have tried contacting them several times. Just keep sending me bills.

Not sure how this place is rated 4.5 stars or has any business for that matter. I just called for a quote, didn’t introduce himself, super RUDE, laughed at every other thing I said. Eventually gave me a quote for the type of door I wanted then asked if it was for installation as well and he said no we aren’t installing because we don’t have enough people. Fair enough. Then I asked to have a picture of the door emailed and he said “you can google it”. That’s when I hung up. Not sure how you stay in business when your people skills are horrendous.
