Thank you HomeStory Doors of Chicago (Euroview Chicago) for a job well-done on our (2) bathrooms and (1) pantry doors. The frosted glass doors provide additional brightness for both of our interior bathrooms. The doors are a clean fresh look – exactly what we wanted. Installers Abel and Enrique were polite, professional, efficient and on time – an added bonus. Glad we chose HomeStory Doors of Chicago for the final element in our home renovation. They are perfect! ❤️

The total experience with Home Story Doors was beyond great! A totally professional organization from the first person to measure to the final installation. The product is first class and I cannot say enough good things about this great company. If you are replacing doors, I don’t believe anybody else could give you the same value and complete professionalism as Home Story Doors. Completely satisfied.

Hello. Homestory from the start were professionals. I paid a visit to there office and looked at displays. Nancy in the office arranged my in house consultation with Mark who was prepared with options for me. John , Abel, and Enrique with measurements and installation were professional and on time with arrival for installation. I live in condominium and they were so careful not to damage anything. When completed they cleaned up and took my old doors and asked if I had any concerns on final walk through. Job and quality of doors is great . Last note very clear on details of billing Thank You to all involved.

Great doors. Not cheap. *Atrocious* customer service. I cannot stress how horrible and slow their customer service is. It took me a year of constant hounding, long numbers of unanswered emails, cancelled installation appointments, wrong doors, etc, before they finally finished the job. I’m still missing the correct door hardware for my master bath, but, after months more of unanswered emails and excuses, I’ve pretty much given up. Check the complaints with the BBB. Same story. Buyer beware. Response to the response below: The hardware is being shipped only AFTER I submitted a complaint to the BBB, which I was forced to do after 3 months of ignored emails and excuses. In any case, the hardware is only 5% of the issue at the end of well over a year of ignored emails, phone calls, stonewalling, and just downright inexcusably poor customer service. Your CEO reached out to me to attempt to get me to remove my accurate reviews of his business. He should have been reaching out to me 18 months ago to proactively apologize for the incredibly poor customer service, missed install dates, wrong orders, etc. I’ll post pictures of long strings of unanswered emails and blown commitments. I spent $18,000 for your most expensive doors and hardware. This is not how you treat a customer.

This 5-star review almost didn’t happen b/c we experienced some problems with some of the doors fitting once they arrived and they had to be reordered. The doors already took a while to come due to pandemic related delays so this was unfortunate that when they finally came, some had to be re-measured and then reordered. To be fare, my condo has metal door frames so pre-cut slabs had to be ordered which means the measurement and cut locations have to be near perfect since there is very little, if any, room for on-site adjustments or cutting. Miguel took ownership of the project and went above and beyond to re-measure, re-order, and schedule install. He kept in touch, gave updates, and checked in to let me know things were moving along and that he did not forget about me. Eventually the re-order arrived much earlier than expected and Miguel arrived and installed the remaining doors perfectly. Miguel’s dedication to his craftsmanship and his work ethic is what drove this project from issues and delays to successful completion. I cannot thank him and his partner who assisted with the install enough for their hard work. It’s because of Miguel, I will be a repeat customer of HomeStory Doors for future projects. Absolutely wonderful experience! From placing the order to the installation, the process was seamless. The installers were great and extremely professional and courteous. I am more than happy with the entire process and my new front exterior door looks great.
