Needed interior doors installed. Found HomeStory through Home Advisor/Angi. Spoke with Nathan and Mo about my needs. They provided me with an extremely fair quote so I pulled the trigger and booked it. Ralph came to my house, did a beautiful install that left my family and I very satisfied. I ended up booking them again for another phase of my project. Everyone at HomeStory are very courteous and friendly. True professionals.

I would have given HomeStory 5 big stars if it wasn’t for Lisa Lennox, the sales person. To start, she was late to the initial project review meeting and did not acknowledge it. The contract she prepared had numerous errors. Very sloppy. Also, more than the CA legal 1% was being requested at contract signing. Then 2 weeks after the doors were ordered I received a change order with a message indicating that 4 of my doors would be more expensive. She had not been aware that their size would mean increased cost. This was very unprofessional. Her texts and emails were also unprofessional. Ultimately, the doors installed were beautiful and the installers were terrific. Zack, installer, and Sarah, office, were 5 stars.

HomeStory Doors replaced our 3 hollow-core internal doors with solid-core ones. The entire process was smooth, clean, and pretty quick. We placed our order on July 3rd and had doors installed on August 22nd. It cost more than we thought it would ($3,000), but it’s money well spent. Thank you!
