I’m in the middle of a full renovation of a hundred year old house, and have been doing my best to go with period-appropriate trims. I checked out several well-known spots across LA county for sourcing mouldings in addition to AS&D, but I didn’t come across anyone at any of them who knew (or was interested in taking the time to share) about historical craftsman trim to the extent Matthew at AS&D did. He took a big chunk of his time to walk me through the different profiles, materials, and suppliers available, as well as advantages of setting up custom blades vs how to get what I wanted more cost effectively with more readily available options. Everything was recently installed and it looks amazing and fits the house perfectly. Highly recommend.

They don’t get 1 star because they have friendly staff, but bottom line is it was very frustrating dealing with them. They came out to measure but never got back to me with a quote. I called in over 5 times trying to get a quote. Each time they said they have it and will get back to me with no call back. This happened to me summer of 2021. I wasn’t planing on writing a bad review but I just spoke to one of my clients that had the same thing side with them and decided this seems to be a problem of theirs and should warn others so you don’t waste your precious time and energy with this company. I suggest you look elsewhere for windows and doors.

I had a large front window replaced by Arcadia Sash and Door. I appreciated the time they took to make sure the size and design was correct. By the time it was delivered it was a perfect fit, a quality product and installed without issue. I would definitely recommend them.

I LOVE WORKING WITH EVERYONE FROM AS&D. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND COMMUNICATE WELL. I HAVE USED THEM FOR 4 OF MY PROJECTS AND ALL THE END RESULTS ARE AMAZING. GREAT QUALITY. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR WINDOW PURCHASE AND INSTALL , FINISHED CARPENTRY WORK AND DOOR INSTALLATION.

I found EVERYONE to be friendly and helpful. These folks know their windows and were able to help me get the look I wanted. Andy was beyond patient and answered all my questions and was thorough in making sure my order was accurate and complete. No pressure to upsell or add features. Very fair price. Lots of floor models, styles and designs to see first hand. Completely satisfied!

Arcadia Sash and Door has consistently provided me the best quality, price, and customer service I have ever received from a Vendor. I have consistently worked with them for almost 10 years on all of my properties. Tina and Tom couldn’t be more knowledgeable or hardworking, and they have an amazing sales and labor staff as well. Rarely does an issue pop up, but if it does, it is always resolved extremely prompt and fairly. I don’t go to anyone else for my doors, windows, and finish carpentry needs, as they are the most honest & transparent vendor I’ve worked with.

Highly recommend! The staff were very courteous and respectful of my time and design. Replaced windows, doors, mouldings, hardware, and hung some spectacular beams. They met all my needs and completed the job not only timely, but before promised. The finished project is BEAUTIFUL! Installers were very friendly and polite. Thank you for being so professional!
