Jesse and his team give great service. The doors and baseboards i purchased were very high quality for a good price. I had some doors custom made and they had them built fast and the work was very clean! Thank you jesse for all your help!

I’ve stopped in and seen some nice doors. They said someone will call and set up a time for a home visit. No one called. So customer service is an issue. I would stop in again to look and possibly buy, but they are only open until 3:00 Monday-Friday. I’m a working man and these times are super inconvenient for anyone but contractors.

I stopped by to get a quote on a front door, they took all my information down and said they would get back to me the following day with a quote. Never heard back. Called them 2 weeks later, they asked for the info I had previously given them and again told me they would get back to me and again never heard back. Called them again, this time they didn’t take my information down so I thought we were making progress, they said the gentlemen with my quote, Luis, was on lunch and would be returning in 10 minutes but they would contact me as soon as he was done. Again never heard back from them. It’s very unfortunate, I had originally contacted Simpson Door Company for a quote and they referred me to their local authorized dealer, Desert Door. It’s such a shame for Simpson Door Company to be affiliated with a company with poor customer service.

I have used Desert Doors for previous jobs an have always been completely satisfied. I’m looking forward to starting my next job with them. Also, as a Realtor I refer all clients to them when they need door or window work.
