Home story sent Jordan to replace our 3 interior doors including frames and our closet door. The doors fit perfectly and he was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He was joined by Goren later in the day to put on the by-fold closet doors in the bedroom. He worked several hours to put it in place. They work perfectly but there is still some adjustments that need to be made. They will be returning to adjust the door. I would recommend Homestory doors to everyone. Very happy with their service.

We met with “Brandon” at our home to get information on a new door for our bathroom. Brandon was very professional as well as personable and went over all the materials as well as our options. The next day I decided on a different door and contacted Brandon by email. He called me soon after and quickly got the order changed and let me know there was no change in price. It was a pleasure working with him and the staff of HomeStory Doors. Our installers, Garen and Carlos, were very friendly and prompt and went to work. After several hours of hard work, our beautiful door was finished! They did a wonderful job! We totally appreciate the time and hard work these two men put into installing our door and making sure it was perfect!

In general, we are happy with the new doors and the installation process. It was a real plus to have the existing openings laser measured so that the old door frames did not have to be removed and replaced. The only problem we have experienced is that the new doors are too close to the size of the opening. During the recent rainy weather, most of the new doors started to stick/bind in the opening. Since I wasn’t about to start sanding on the brand-new doors, I had to sand down the door frames. I was planning to repaint the frames anyway, but this has added extra work to the project.
