Tri-C Diversified Construction 2 months agoWatch out for these folks, very dishonest and they will not adhere to contracts. After they failed to meet several deadlines and failed on engineering. They act all religious and such, don’t buy it!! They are common crooks and cheats!, they stole $4700 from myself. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Speedy Gonzalez Construction 7 months agoI was a fiber optic splicer for speedy , my PM was drunk most the time, didn’t answer phone calls, got paid to sit . Just another contractor who could care less, I left after 2 weeks of this sinola operation

Sonoran Commercial & Residential Services LLC 10 months ago😡🤢 It took two (2) months for them to finally come out and start our flooring install (estimate was done June, now August). They showed up three (3) hours late, worked for less than an hour, then bailed on the job, stating, “The flooring is substandard, and the floor is sub-par (flooring was Mohawk brand new in the boxes (which he approved in advance, and the floor was flat concrete). They “TOOK” two boxes of the flooring, and so when we (two old ladies, one handicapped man and a teenager, put the exact same flooring down the next day, we could not finish due to the missing flooring.) BTW, it looks perfect, and we did it in five hours ourselves. Yassir, David and Lucky, will not return phone calls or text messages, they are completely ghosting us. Next step, filing theft charges and with the contractors licensing as they claim to be licensed and insured.
