My wife and I had a leak in our basement and thanks to ARS you would never know that it had happened. From the mitigation which they knocked out in no time to the finished repair, brining them in feels like the best decision we could have made. I had a water damage issue that impacted almost every room in my house. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Steven, Kate, and Ernie who have been so great to work with. I would highly recommend their services. No question is stupid and they took out all the complication of working with insurance by doing it all for me. Saved my sanity and caught things I never would have. Amazing to work with!

ARS has been awesome to work with. I wish I could say the same thing about the insurance adjustor who has been impossible to work with. While we were away, we had a refrigerator leak in our home that went into the basement. ARS communicated with me every step of the way. Ernie, the Repairs Mgr., was very responsive, always asking for my opinion and actually listened to what I said. He actually found some matching granite backsplash for the kitchen.When we got home, ARS sent Rebecca, who was responsible for contents and cleanup, to work with me. She was great! She worked non-stop using a Hepa vac to clean up all the dust from the repair work. Then she documented all the damage to the furniture and base boards from pictures I had.

In December of 2023, our family endured a traumatic life changing experience, a garage fire that not only took our garage, but everything in it including the family car. We were so thankful for our family and friends who stopped their lives to rush to our side and be with us in time of need. It was a huge praise, everyone including the family cat, got out safe and unharmed! We are also so thankful for another group of people, ARS! They helped us piece out lives back together and find some sense of serenity amidst a time in our lives when everything felt shattered. They cleaned everything, hard surfaces, soft surfaces, clothing and curtains, they came back many times to ensure the smoke damage was completely removed, and not just comfortable but safe to live in. Steve and Rebecca were amazing to work with, friendly, helpful, incredibly informative and professional. they placed several calls to our family, ensuring that we were not just taken care of, but had piece of mind in our situation. Thank you ARS for giving us back our homes, our lives, and our happiness!

Even though I no longer work for this company I feel compelled to leave this review. This is a fantastic company to work for! The knowledge I gained working with the mitigation manager Kate and the repairs manager Ernie was invaluable. The big boss Steve is compassionate, rational and treats everyone like family. This company purchases very high-end tools and equipment and maintains them meticulously. If you choose this company for your next restoration project you can rest assured the technicians working for you will be packing the best equipment money can buy and be well trained on how to use it. I highly recommend this company!

We had our basement flood and then found black mold in a shower. ARS helped clean and treat all the wood so it would be safe to rebuild. Then took air samples throughout the house to ensure we were all safe to stay in the house. The level of professionalism was incredibly appreciated in the midst of the chaos. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
