Brian was recommended to us by our salesman (Ted) at Carpet Factory Outlet. Our basement was totally flooded and it was a MESS! Brian came out early the next morning assessed what needed to be done, and was out the next day to remove the carpet, sanitize the floor and left fans and a humidifier for the next 2 days to dry out the area. The job was done perfectly and at a MUCH more reasonable price than we had gotten from other companies. The 2 other companies we got estimates from were way over priced. Brian was responsive, on top of everything and went above and beyond to complete the job for us. Do yourself a favor and skip the other scammers and call Silver Lining – you won’t regret it!!

I can’t express strongly enough how pleased I am with Silver Lining Property Restoration. Brian and Shane handled everything so quickly and professionally! They scheduled and kept on top of all the subcontractors that were needed to complete the job, plus kept me informed of every contractor and appointment made, updating me if the contractor was even running a little behind the appointment time. I felt zero stress with anything, as the entire job was in such capable, professional hands. My homeowners insurance company also endorsed this company as good, fair, professional guys to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to reach out to this company for any future needs.

I got home and my basement was flooded. I put in an inquiry on thumbtack for a restoration company. Brian called me the same day and I filled him in. He was able to pop over the next day to check out the situation and helped me get hooked up with a reliable plumber. They helped me discover that previous plumber was trying to pull one over on me. They saved me literally thousands of dollars and were extremely thorough. I am a single veteran who struggles with mental health issues and they calmed my mind and did all they can to help. Would 10/10 always recommend them. Tell all your friends/family! Silver Lining is the only way to go ! My basement is now clean and dry and back to working order. Thanks again !

We had a finished basement that flooded and we were devastated. Thankfully, Silver Lining remodeled our basement and it looks even better than it did before!! I am so pleased with the end result. Brian and everyone that worked on our basement was so nice and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!

This review is long overdue. In September of 2022, we woke up to 4″ of water in our basement due to the torrential rainfall we received. We immediately called our insurance company who instructed us to call a restoration company. We called all the big name companies and all we got was voicemail. Then I called a friend who referred me to Brian at Silver Linings Restoration. Brian answered my call, and was at our home a few hours later to assess the damage. The next day he had his crew remove all the damaged materials (carpet, drywall, flooring, wainscoting, and furniture). He also had the commercial dryers in place. Within the next few days he had the flooring and construction guys out to measure and see what materials were needed. During this time, Brian was communicating with the insurance company so everything went smoothly. From the date of the flood to completion of repairs was 4-5 weeks. The workmanship was outstanding and the communication with Brian was great. I would definitely recommend Silver Lining Restoration to anyone. A quality company and a quality man!

My husband and I are VERY VERY PLEASED with the work Silver Lining did for us. They are very laid back, they listened to our concerns and easy to talk to about the work that needed to be done. They answered all our questions and didn’t candy coat anything. They tell it like it is. THEY ARE AWESOME! I TRULY RECOMMEND SILVER LINING TO EVERYONE!
