For anyone in need of home restoration, Servpro is a must! Servpro of SW Waukesha County and of Jefferson County / Ocon, sent the most amazing teams of professionals to get the job done. The 1st team led by Ivan, with Jose and Angela, arrived to assess the extent of water damage, and got it right! From there, another team led by Nate, with CJ, Jose and Crisling, proceeded with mitigation and abatement, and followed up daily until everything was completely and perfectly addressed. A final follow-up visit by Nate and Dan, ensured all was well. It doesn’t stop there, because Servpro offers the continuation of restoration to help ‘rebuild’. I look forward to the next phase with their professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly services – coordinated very well and capably by Summer in the front office.

by Nancy Hanthorn – 5/21/2024 I will begin by saying that while in Florida for many years I was our condo board president for 15 buildings and had frequent positive experiences with ServPro on behalf of residents. I also have just arrived home from Florida, and ServPro had already been in the process of eradicating the damage left by a water leak, leaving mold, etc. in its “wake.” I must highly commend Summer, Ivan and Dan who were very attentive and compassionate with my circumstances in mind. They, all 3, were in continual contact, informative, exceptional listeners, and great at being punctual and professional. There was clear and concise instruction going forward upon leaving and they encouraged me to phone with any concerns or problems that may arise. The aftermath has no residual odor, and it feels very dry in my house. ServPro coordinated with my insurance company, and in a situation that could have seriously harmed my mental well-being (an expected result of property damage) they were quite objectively reassuring. Again, I cannot commend these three enough: Summer, Ivan and Dan. Thank you!

Daniel and his team did an excellent job to help our company clean up water overflow in our bathrooms and surrounding hallway. Daniel was very thorough in his explanation of the steps they were going to take, explained the process along the way and checked in with me at the end. Daniel and his team went above and beyond my expectations. They extracted all the water, cleaned, disinfected/ sanitized the whole area along with deodorizing. They were also very courteous of our staff and volunteers that were working in the area surrounding the. Out of a stressful experience of plumbing problems, the great customer service and work provided by Daniel, Stephanie and Jose helped turn the situation around a little bit for our company.

We are extremely thankful for the quick service we received when we discovered water damage. The work crew who came out several days to take care of our damage were kind and professional. We felt well cared for. Also so appreciate the kindness of Summer and office staff who worked diligently to get us to a condo real estate closing on time when there were insurance issues that fell through the cracks. Again, we felt like we were valued customers and they would work to make our lives easier, at a time that could have been very stressful. Highly recommend Servo….my second time working with this company!

We hired Servpro to clean our home we just purchased because it was smoked in. They gave us a line by line quote detailing what they’d clean. We were excited for the thoroughness and decided to move forward with their service even though it was a little more expensive than we anticipated. I am sad to say they didn’t do a thorough job at all. After they left I found myself redoing most of their work. When I reached out to the project manager to let them know, they gave us a very small amount of money back on our invoice which didn’t cover nearly enough for the amount of work we had to redo. I wouldn’t waste time hiring them and just go with a regular cleaning service who won’t charge you an arm and a leg and will probably deliver much higher quality work.

I am so impressed with the quality of work that Servpro of Southwest Waukesha did for my husband and I when we discovered mold growing on a wall in our basement. I was amazed at their response rate and professionalism. I couldn’t believe how fast they were able to make my wall looking like new again! Thank you Servpro!!!!
