Great work by Jon Baucom’s team! We had a main water pipe break inside our facility and within 2 hours of the service call Jon’s team was onsite starting the mitigation process! His team worked countless hours for over a week getting our facility dry and safe so we could start the restoration process!

This past spring our sump pump failed and we had water damage in our basement. We called Servpro and they came out quickly to assess everything and got to work quickly mitigating everything. They have such great customer service and took care of everything when it came to all the insurance paperwork. We worked with Wesley to rebuild after mitigation and he was great and always kept us in the loop and answered any questions we had. I would recommend Servpro to family and friends.

From start to finish, Servpro and their teams were very professional and services were high quality. I was shocked at how fast they were able to get to our location and assess what needed to be done. We were in a tight spot with the selling of our location and they were able to get everything done in time. I would highly recommend them for your emergency and reconstruction needs.

When our basement flooded in Franklin, Wisconsin, Jon, Libby and their entire crew at SERVPRO of Southeast Milwaukee were amazing. Their staff responded quickly to limit the damage, and then helped us through every step of the mitigation and repair process. They also helped us through the insurance claim process to avoid any delays in the rebuild. Overall it was a great experience during a difficult time and I would highly recommend them!

We would highly recommend ServPro of Southeast Milwaukee. All the staff we dealt with were professional, efficient, and responsive to our needs and concerns. We had a weekend emergency of raw sewage that backed up into the basement of our elderly parents’ home. ServPro responded quickly to our call for help, sent a crew to do cleaning and preliminary remediation of the site (to minimize the Sunday overtime costs), explained the disinfectant process, and how their on-site equipment would dry and purify the affected area. The following day they returned to do a second cleaning treatment. Once again the crew sent was extremely professional and efficient. The following day, the crew returned to do a final walkthrough and removal of their equipment. The results were great! We would also like to thank the front office crew for all of their assistance in helping us with scheduling and the insurance claims process! Everyone was just great, thanks!

Jon and his team were fantastic. Within 90 minutes of our initial call the team was on site. They were exceedingly helpful, professional, insightful, and empathetic. They walked alongside us as we had to make quick and difficult decisions. They gave us options, walked us through long term considerations, and worked quite hard (and quickly) to return the space for use. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

The shower in the unit above my condo leaked and damaged the ceiling in my laundry room. The insurance company highly recommended SERVPRO as the #1 choice in residential and commercial restoration. They came assessed the damages thoroughly and explained the process. They were punctual on the appointed day and took great care with my washer and dryer when removing the drywall, spraying the mold within the walls and three days of drying out the room with heaters and fans. They were very careful with their equipment as well so as not to damage anything in my laundry room. When they completed their part, the dry wall expert then came and finished the project. Thank you Wes, Jason and the SERVPRO team. They were very kind, respectful and attentive to my questions. You can confidently call upon SERVPRO for your restoration needs. Excellent work gentlemen!
