Darren and Ron were fabulous. I got to know Darren more because he was here several more days than Ron. His expertise was phenomenal. But also he was a delight to have in our home. He is kind, dedicated, and trustworthy. Also, the team that moved all the furniture and did the remediation were so skilled. One gentleman, the lead of the team, possessed remediation knowledge well beyond his years. I wholeheartedly recommend ServPro.

My husband and I have lived in our home for 24 years. During that time we have worked through many interesting home issues. When one of our water pipes blew in October; our basemen had two inches of water, ceiling tiles and tile in the bathroom coming off the floor, and the electric shorted, we didn’t think we could do it all again. My husband decided to call Service Pro and skip the hassle of cleanup and restoration. I am so pleased he did!!! From the crew that showed up within an hour of the call and throughout the ENTIRE process we couldn’t be happier with ServePro! I’d like to give a few shoutouts to some of the people that made the mess manageable. Thank you Lora for the daily schedule updates through email, phone calls and a printed schedule, you were always pleasant even when I’m sure we were having a hard time dealing with everything. Thank you Ron for your exceptional attention to detail and willingness to come back a second day because you were not happy with ‘a few cuts.’ Thank you Bill and Darren for putting the walls back together with care and perfection! Thank you Andrew and Rick for cleaning up a huge mess and coming back again and again to make we had enough fans blowing, the dry wall was drying, all the furniture was able to be saved, and making sure everything was clean and dry Thank you Alejandra and Joselyn for the final clean up. You both took such care to make sure everything was perfect! Finally Judson; your time and patience with us during a very stressful time is greatly appreciated. All we needed to do was email or call and you took care of even the tiny issues! I would HIGHLY recommend Serve Pro for your next home issue! We won’t hesitate use them again. Hopefully we won’t need to!!
