We accidentally had our baby in our living room. There was a small stain left even after we cleaned it. Then, where my water broke started to have a smell to it. We called The Dry Guys and we were able to schedule for the next day! Matt showed up on time and did a fantastic job!

We can’t say enough great things about the Dry Guys! From the moment Frank arrived to our house to assess some unexpected water damage, he gave us peace of mind during a pretty stressful event for our family. Over the next few days, we met most of the team (DJ and Dylan, thank you for your positivity and great sense of humor!) as they helped mitigate the damage in our kitchen and basement, befriended our dog, and answered multiple questions via phone and email. Someone from the team checked in with us and on the house almost daily and updated us immediately on the work. Thank you for everything!

I called after having some water seep below my bathroom into the subfloor and on the ceiling tiles in my laundry room as I was concerned with mold. They were able to come the same day I called to start the process of cleaning and drying out the subfloor. After the area was cleaned, they set up equipment to begin the drying process. I needed a heat exchanger to heat up the area to help evaporate the wood, but after the heat exchanger was put in place the process sped up. When they came back after a few days the area was dry and I do not have to worry about further remediation efforts at this time. The team was kind and professional.

A leaking dishwasher caused cupping and buckling in our wood floor. I tried to work with ServPro. After a week of “we’ll call you back” I called The Dry Guys on a Tuesday morning at 10AM. By 1PM the same day mitigation gear was in place. 5 days later, as promised, the floor was dried out, the cupping amd buckling gone, and the gear disappeared. The Dry Guys are reponsive, professional, and perform! Don’t waste your time with the ‘professional service pros’. The Dry Guys ARE the professionals you can count on the job done right!!!

I can’t say enough good things about the Dry Guys. Every person we dealt with was extremely friendly. We had a flooded basement, within an hour of calling them they were at our house and started working immediately. There were 2 teams here for about a week. They were amazing!!! Highly recommend!

We had a pipe break that was above the shower ceiling. Once I had the pipe fixed, I contacted the Dry Guys and Dylan was able to assess and quote the water and mold remediation the same day and was there to take care of everything the next day. I highly recommend the Dry Guys and will definitely use them again should the need arise in the future.
