I highly recommend Flood Pros & ask for Jen! She was AMAZING to work with! As a real estate agent in Madison, Wi I appreciated the fact that Jen was very thorough and very knowledgeable. Truly an expert in her field! She walked with me around the property and in the interior. As she uncovered any foreseen problem areas, she did a great job of explaining in detail while showing me why it was an issue and what our options could be to fix and prevent any further incoming water in the home. She was also patient and detailed when answering any questions. If you want a job done right she’s my go to person!

Chris was so very helpful! We looked at the basement and he discovered that our sump pump is old and freezes up which caused the water in our basement and suggested to get a new one. What great customer service and no charge to look at our problem. Thank you so much!

Had another basement flood and FloodPros did such a fabulous job two years ago I just called them first. All the workers were very prompt and great artisans. The repairs are amazing. And Caleb Bennett came for the final cleanup and went above and beyond just what needed cleaning from the flood. He fixed a light for me a cleaned a rug and other small tasks I can’t do. He will be out next week to do carpet cleaning on another room. Would recommend to anyone who has a disaster strike.

These guys are Awesome!! From start to finish, I continued to be amazed at the level of workmanship and professionalism. The day my basement first flooded and I realized I needed help, I called the first number I came to. Joe and his crew were there within an hour and stayed for 2 days drying things out. I was told I needed drain tile, so I proceeded to get a couple of quotes. I didn’t want to overlook anything so I asked Flood Pros to quote it. Jenny B got busy and made sure she matched the lowest quote I had for demo and drain tile. Joe and his team came back in next to demo, then Jose and his team did the drain tile. It was all done in a very timely fashion and it looked great! Finally, it had to be put back together. Mickey quoted the drywall repairs, I got a couple of quotes elsewhere and Jenny beat the lowest one again. Dan came in and did a beautiful job repairing the drywall (I kept his card!) and Manny finished it off with brand new floorboards. Hailey did an outstanding job coordinating it all from the office and Jenny made the numbers work for me. I am super happy with how smooth the whole process was and especially happy with the way it all looks. This is a great team of people that can do it all and were a pleasure to work with! Donna T.

I set up a time for flood pros to come out a review the mold remediation work that needed done. However, they showed up hours after the scheduled time without reaching out to let me know of delay. On-site tech looked for water/damage instead of collecting information for mold remediation but I had already told flood pros I had a mold assessment/report and did not have recent flooding but was looking to address damage from flooding that had occurred months prior. Tech said I had nothing to worry about and there was no follow up from company. I had no work completed by flood pros so can’t speak to that aspect but communication and customer service aspect was very poor and unorganized.

I scheduled their free inspection offering. Chris came out and was incredibly knowledgeable. If I actually did end up having a mold issue, I’d go with them for sure because they are very transparent and very clearly mold experts.

This team is absolutely amazing. We had a flood and everyone from the owner to the office staff to the painter (Dan Dotson) to the carpenters were kind, efficient, and thorough. What a great experience and very high quality work. I can’t recommend them enough!

In 2019 we had a major water leak that filled two lower apartments with water. One call and Flood Pro was there to take care of the issue. They worked professionally and did an outstanding job. I was beyond satisfied with their services. Fast forward to December 24, 2023 the safety valve on a water heater failed and water sprayed out for some time before we were notified of the leak. Again, Flood Pro to the rescue. They brought in fans and a huge dehumidifier to dry out the carpet, vinyl and walls. They removed baseboard, doors and moved the tenants furniture. As soon as the apartment was dry, they installed new flooring and put the place back in much better shape than before the flood. We were in Florida during the entire restoration. I can’t praise the management team enough for the professional way this was handled. They were always available for my questions and gave me timely updates. I would highly recommend this company for any water issues. They are indeed the best company you can hire!
