A motorist lost control of their vehicle and slammed in to the corner of my house. Not the craziest damage, but definitely not something I wanted to deal with on a rainy day. SERVPRO popped up with high reviews – I can see why! Peyton, Damien, and Dustin came out within a couple hours of calling. They also called me in advance to let me know when they would be arriving, and were very friendly upon arrival. They had me go over what I needed them to do, and made sure we were on the same page before beginning. They quickly got to work in boarding up my home to ensure excess water didn’t get in. After that, they cleaned up a couple gallons of paint that were spilled in my basement. The paint had been drying for about 7 hours in total, but the SERVPRO team quite literally got on their hands and knees scrubbing the concrete to remove the residue – It was WAY above and beyond what I expected. See the pics for the before and after to see for yourself! While I certainly hope others don’t have someone drive into their house, if it happens… Peyton & team have your back!

We hired ServPro–Green Bay for a mold remediation project in our new cabin in Marinette County. It was hard finding a contractor willing to come out to the sticks but Ryker came out within a day or two. His knowledge relating to our problem was impressive. His customer service was excellent. The mold remediation team was great. Hayden, the team leader was awesome to work with, efficient at his work, knowledgeable, and left our home clean. We highly recommend ServPro of Green Bay and Brown County.

Ryker was very friendly, helpful, on time, professional and thorough. He explained everything to us and made sure we understood what he was explaining. He treated me with respect and being female not like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It was refreshing to have a company with male employees treat a female with respect , kindness and patience. Ryker is a an honest person letting us know what we should and shouldn’t have done. He wasn’t trying to sell us anything he was sincere about what was needed not anything more. We will do business with SERVPRO again if ever needed and we will be sharing there name to anyone we know needing there services.

Great service! Knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Use them! 🙂 We were considering getting a house ready for sale and had a section of drywall on a basement wall that looked like mold but we didn’t know if it was minor, major or what. Servpro sent out staff (Ryker) right away. Ryker gave us a full assessment and what solution options there were in full detail with all the pros and cons. We were empowered and educated to then make the decision that worked best. Servpro gave us the help, education and confidence to know what we needed to do.
