I do not write many reviews, but I just have to tell you about this company. I found water and mold, panicked calling several services, got passed around, one person even telling me I lived in another county! I reached out to PuroClean of Burlington first on line and one minute later had a call from Jennifer, one of the owners. She said she would send someone out and Jesse and Josh arrived 30 minutes later! They explored, explained and came up with a plan. They were so careful about my home, my carpet and my furniture, they treated everything like it was their own. I hope no one needs this service but if you do, please call these guys!

After a stormy night without power, we woke up to electricity but a wet family room in our basement. We called PuroClean at 7 am on a Sunday and within minutes they were on their way to our house. Jessie and his crew were very professional and worked tirelessly to correct the problem. Even though the electricity went out again while they were here, they simply turned on some battery lanterns and kept working! I would definitely refer them to others. A 5 Star Service! Plus a big thank you to our local rep Kirsten who made us aware of their service!

These guys were honest and upfront. Quick with all of their work and saved me a ton of money by being as professional and knowledgeable as anyone could ask for. I would highly recommend these guys over anybody out in the business. They came to my house in the middle of the night and worked all night to ensure the least amount of further damage from the already horrible situation. Best cleanup guys to hire.

Jessie arrived the day after we called to assess our water damage. The crew arrived the next day to clean everything up. We appreciated the responsiveness of Puroclean and the excellent job they did to ensure our basement was properly dried out.

We had a fire in our home on the 3rd of July. Our insurance company was telling us they couldn’t find someone on a holiday weekend to board up the house. We happened to call this company on a whim and so glad we did. Quick response on a holiday. Very professional and friendly.
