Water damage in the basement. Vore took great care of us from the day the incident occurred through to the finish work, we could not be happier. And they worked hard to get the insurance company to cover every detail of the restoration! Superb! I was kept up to date all the way through the process. This was the second time we had them come to help out, and would definately recommend!

We have used CORE Restoration for multiple restoration projects. They were outstanding! They were quick to be onsite in our time of need, very professional, and exceptional in the work that they performed. They were very careful to ensure all affected materials were removed but also meticulous in making sure that what remained was left neat and made us feel comfortable despite having to live in the home while work was being done. CORE was very professional and communicated with us every step of the way as they advocated on our behalf with our insurance company, who was trying to deny full payment of our claim. Despite the claim process taking over a year, CORE stood behind us as if it was their own home on the line. I wholeheartedly would recommend CORE for any home restoration need.

We used Core three times in 2022 for mitigations, and once in 2023 for a restoration. They always responded fast and did thorough work. We will use them again if we ever need to!

Core did an outstanding job of cleaning up our basement. Our sewer backed up and caused a lot of damage. They worked quickly to submit insurance info and create a plan to rebuild. We are very thankful for their hard work.

We had the unfortunate experience of a huge maple tree falling on our home. Randy from Core restoration was there first thing the next morning and took care of having the tree removed that day. Benton was always involved and kept us in the loop on each project. Even after having to deal with insurance they made it much easier to get through. Everyone at Core is professional and fun to work with in a difficult time

Core Restoration is a thoughtful and well versed in their craft. The owner is meticulously with final details and has a trained eye for visual appeal. They communicate well, dependable and at the time of our remodel Friday is their podcast days which I thought was great. They took a front door closet and my Pinterest inspiration and made it perfect. They installed a fireplace, and the work is marvelous and they left room for stockings. They also installed new trim, out with the tract home brown and I get many compliments on our bathroom. The bathroom is simple but the tile work is top notch. A family member visited who is an architect and wanted to know who did the tile work, simple but they said you only see that work in top level homes.

We had two upstairs bathrooms flood and also caused water damage to the kitchen on the main floor. It happened first thing in the morning and CORE was there by lunch and had everything opened up and fans going to start the drying process. They were very easy to work with and handled everything with our insurance company. I would use them for any and all emergency needs.
