Andy and crew showed up at 5:30p on a Friday – now that’s dedication! It was a very upsetting day for my partner and me, but Andy was so calm, kind, patient and professional that I literally breathed a sigh of relief. It was very reassuring to have Shane and the ServPro team at my house when I needed help the most. When my basement flooded I was unsure what to do at first but after talking with Shane and his team (and a plumber) we had a plan to minimize the damage and get the water out. The communication was great, as was their professionalism. As a contractor myself this is what all trades people should strive for, to be on par with this team’s performance. We had a water pipe break while we were on vacation resulting in extensive water damage throughout the house. Natasha, Carter, and Bradley arrived pretty quickly, even though it was after hours on a Friday. Throughout the time they worked on our house it was apparent they were very knowledgeable and experienced. They worked professionally, quickly, and were always willing to answer questions or concerns that I had.
