As a first-time homeowner, I have plenty to learn and am seeing firsthand how hard owning and maintaining a home is. Tom was kind beyond belief and from the moment I called him, panicked about an issue at my home, he provided reassurance and came to assess the very next morning. Tom explained what he saw, provided what I needed, and was both compassionate and lighthearted throughout. Tom has been great to work with! We had our dishwasher leak and he came quick to help. He’s very responsive and absolutely the best customer service! Would highly recommend him!

After discovering a musty smell in our lobby, we called Servpro to “sniff” out the problem. Tom was able to locate the source and give ample suggestions on how to fix the issue. He even gave us some recommendations on who to call. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and find the root of the issue. We are so grateful to Servpro for their hard work and dedication!

He did such an amazing job doing 3 large rooms and the stairs. They were covered in pet stains and he got them right up. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I’ll definitely hire Servpro again!
