Commercial Cleaning can be a tough business for many reasons. In my experience, tough industries can drive toxicity into the workplace. However, at Environment Control there is an intentional drive to from the top down to keep the mantra “It’s About Lives” in front of everything they do. The recognize that the people doing the work have an impact on the people who are their customers and strive to humanize the business at every turn. During my 6 years on the management team at EC, I learned and grew a lot, especially in my care and concern for the people who make up the company and customers of any business.

Their smoke smell elimination machine actually works! I paid for 24 hours (a couple hundred bucks), and the terrible smell in my house from accidentally leaving a pot burning on the stove for 6 hours was virtually gone. I should have paid for two days, because my living room is large- but regardless, I highly recommend! Also quick and friendly and easy to set up an appointment. Thank you!!!

We had smoke damage from leaving boiling sugar water (hummingbird food) on the stove while we were out and about for the day. Thankfully no fire! We called EC North Seattle and they sent technicians out the same day to assess the damage and review our options. Techs Zach & Brandon were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and got right to work. They set us up with air cleaning equipment and checked in daily until we felt it was good enough to remove. They provided DYI options for us to work on to help mitigate the smoke smell. I highly recommend their services!!!
