KSA has been amazing. When our pipe broke I called them and less than an hour, Kevin the owner was out assessing the damage. He and his employee worked for several hours to give an estimate to my insurance. He helped me with the insurance process since this is a new experience for me. Within the next 3 days all three bathrooms were completely gutted and he promptly got us a trailer to use with a full bathroom. He built a temporary door where our garage is so it was easier access to the trailer from downstairs. They were spot on about the demo and helped me understand the process. Christian and Kevin are both very personable and spent a lot of time to make the situation as good as possible. I’m excited for the repair next and I’m so grateful to have found them.

They tarped and repaired temporarily until insurance assessment. Once approved, they swiftly installed a new roof. Experienced, professional, and personable, KSA made a daunting situation manageable. We highly recommend them for their expertise in construction and disaster mitigation. While we hope not to need them again, they’ll be our first call if disaster strikes.
