These guys are simply the best! Arrived immediately after contact to remediate our water intrusion mishap. Both gentlemen very knowledgeable, educating us along the way, And left each visit with everything very tidy. Worked directly with our insurance company for billing, which was very helpful. We are renters. We called in and they needed approvals from the owners of our house. We 3-way patched them into the call and their team sent over documents to the owners to sign using email so they could come do emergency work. So grateful to them and our landlords for taking care of us so late at night during this disaster. Highly highly recommend.

Found mold growing in our basement and called this company after seeing their reviews. They are mold certified and knew how to take care of the mold. They removed the areas that were impacted and did a cleaning process with special chemicals and hepa vacuums. No more mold so we are happy campers! Plus the cookies their little guy brought to us at then end was extra sweet. Thank you Roots Water Restoration!

Our washing machine leaked while we were at work. Our dog walker called us to let us know when she went to get our pup for her daily walk. We saw the reviews for this company and decided to give them a shot since they were local. I left work early once they said they could immediately send a team. They actually beat me there! They helped me open an insurance claim and got to work right away. Swift and friendly service.

Wow, that’s what I have to say about Roots. They really are an awesome bunch of people who really care about you and don’t just see you as someone to make an easy buck off of. They were transparent about their estimate, answered all my questions, and did the job well.

We had an unfortunate situation where sewage leaked into our crawlspace. Honestly, I was embarrassed that they had to go into the crawlspace, but they assured me that they do this all the time and were happy to take care of it for us. They were super professional and made sure to do everything safely so we didn’t have to worry. Thank you for putting us at ease and taking care of business. I personally recommend this company, they are professionals at what they do and are super friendly.

We are renters and had no idea what this process would look like since the owner of our house doesn’t live in the state. After talking to our landlords we called roots who communicated with our landlord via phone and email but always CCed us so we knew what was going on. They did an excellent job and kept all parties up to date. Swift service, clear communication, and handled the time difference with our landlords like pros. We appreciate the team at Roots and their diligent service is one we would recommend.

What an outstanding and professional company, during this difficult and stressful experience, Reizen gave me a very thorough explanation of what needed to get done and precisely did what he said he was going to do.
