These guys were awful. They didn’t do half of what they were suppose to do. They even left a biohazard box with contents in it on the front porch, in the rain when they were done. They told us a couple times they were done only to find out when we went in the house they weren’t. We had to back out of the house and contact them yet again. We paid extra for a carpet removal, which they didn’t do. When we went over to the house to check things out, all carpets were intact. We asked them which carpet they removed and got a very sarcastic answer. (Uh, the one that was missing) None had been removed until we told them it hadn’t but they tried to pass it off as having been done earlier. (YET WE HAD CHECKED) I guess they think we wouldn’t check or care or were stupid. Hours later they called us to tell us the carpet had been removed. We asked for pictures of why they removed the specific carpet they did, which was the wrong carpet, and they didn’t have any. We asked for management on 2 occasions to contact us, but they never did. Guess they didn’t care for the terrible service their team was giving. Our son passed away in this house so we were already devastated and they treated us terribly at a time we didn’t need additional turmoil. They offered nothing but. We still haven’t heard from them. I wouldn’t reccomend them to clean my dog house. DO NOT USE!!!!! DO NOT USE

Our upstairs toilets backed up. Left sewage up and downstairs. ServPro removed and sanitized everything. It was done in 2 phases, it was well coordinated, we were informed, they were thorough, and ServPro & Arrow Contracting are an awesome team and got us back in our home quickly!!

Horrible customer service all the way around. They don’t return phone calls in a timely manner if at all, don’t show up when they say they will, and their overall communications are very lacking. Definitely don’t put the customer first. If I could give zero stars I would.

When my Condo was flooded by an upstairs neighbors’ toilet I had no idea who to turn to. A friend recommended ServPro to me, and the minute I called I knew I was going to be in good hands. They handled everything from mitigating the water damage to arranging for the restoration of my home, and they worked with my insurance company seamlessly. Dwayne was my initial contact person and he was amazing throughout the entire process. In fact, every person at ServPro that I was in contact with (and there were a lot) was wonderful – 100% professional, empathetic, professional, and kind. I can’t recommend them enough.

Servpro is excellent, they are courteous, timely, and professional. They explained the entire process and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the process. Ms. Pam is a doll! She made sure the payments were handled timely as well. Shane and his crew were efficient and clean ❤️
