This “pack out” service and “pack in” service was beyond 5 stars…. their folks: Erica, Jermaine, Shanti, Jaden, Nick, Ian, Shikeem, Deravian, and Ellis were dedicated to doing a very professional job, seamless. Tracy and Erica made special return trips to make sure our questions and any concerns were promptly followed up. My wife and I highly recommend Pack-Outs for their extraordinary service.

I can’t express how much I appreciate the Team who arrived to Pack-Out my belongings after a house flood! All the technicians (Shanti, Mike, Jaden and Jermaine) arrived on-time, were efficient, industrious, congenial, and polite. Ashley, their Team Leader, was very professional and the rapport of the Team was wonderful….so much so, that I asked for the same team to Pack-In my furniture next week!! Thanks so much for a job well done!!

Erica, Shanti, Jermaine and Nick were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and took excellent care handling & wrapping our items as if it was their own. The whole crew went above & beyond to ensure the process was as stress free as possible. I can’t say enough good things about this crew and our experience with them.

I was getting my wood floors replaced and needed a reputable company to move my furniture and belongings off my first floor. I called. 1800-Packouts and they were very responsive and showed up on time. They were very professional and courteous. The entire crew was great. Todd, Yesenia, David and the rest of the crew took good care of our belongings. Their professional yet empathetic approach provided sanity to what would be a highly stressful experience for those similarly situated. They communicated well with us and the insurer, USAA. Kudos!

We had no idea what to expect as we never needed this service, but the whole crew was very professional and friendly. Everything was wrapped securely and moved carefully. Couldn’t ask for more. I have to say Erica ran the show smoothly and we got a kick out of Mike. He’s quite the character! And the whole crew was awesome. Thanks Packouts for a job well done.

The Packout crew was led by Erica. They were very professional and organized. The job was enormous but they worked consistently and got the job completed. Each crew member knew his/her job and handled each piece as if it was their own. I have a number of valuable antiques. The period pieces, glassware and collectibles were handled with care and precision. I am very appreciative of 1-800-Packouts and the care they gave for my water-damaged items. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT RESERVATION. Thank you to: Erica, JR, Jermaine, Ashley, Shanti, Rashaad, Desiree, Mike and Antonio. I AM SO IMPRESSED. Ashley is a awesome lead person. Very respectful and caring. Rashard and Antonio also respectful and caring. This is a awesome team and they deserve a huge raise. If I were to need them again, this is the team I would request.

Without exception, every individual with PackOuts has been excellent❣️ I’ve interfaced with more than a dozen different folks finding the same level of commitment to consistent care in each one.These folks have been true front line heroes in this catastrophic event, transferring much appreciated peace through their attention to detail and genuine care in the process. They’ve been prompt in their replies and gone above and beyond restoring what I may count as precious. Boxes were simply and clearly marked so I know what’s in each one, and thoughtfully not filled beyond a comfortable lift. They even sorted and delivered important document boxes so I’d have easy access to necessary paperwork, while the rest of my home contents were stored in their facility. I just can’t thank them enough, but I can tell a friend. And I will tell many💖 May our Good God continue to bless each of you abundantly 🙏❤️🤗
